Cancellations And Refunds
We expect you to be pleased with the merchandise you order. You may return merchandise in salable condition, in the original box. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and there are no refunds of shipping charges. All returns require prior authorization. Please call our toll free number, 866-814-5554 or contact us for a return authorization code and for instructions and the address of where to return the remaining product. Please include a copy of the original invoice with the return authorization code written on it and a statement for the reason for returning the product when packing the return order. For all orders past 30 days of original purchase, please contact us for additional return guidelines.
Cancellations of orders will depend upon what stage of shipping they are in. Once the order has been entered on your behalf and a label issued, it can’t be cancelled. You may return it at your expense for a full refund once you receive delivery. If you refuse delivery, the refund issued will be less the return shipping once the items are returned to the warehouse.
